Lobster Tail with Lemon Olive Oil

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 lobster tails

  • ˝ cup Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

  • ˝ bunch Italian parsley, chopped (about ˝ cup)



  • STEPS:

    Use kitchen shears to slice the top and the bottom of the shell.

    Mix the lemon olive oil and the chopped parsley.

    Put the lobster tails and the lemon oil mixture in a Ziploc bag and marinate for 30 minutes.

    Barbeque the lobster tails over a medium flame until cooked, 8-10 minutes on each side. The flame will flare up due to the oil so you’ll have to move the tails around.

    Serve the tails and drizzle the lemon olive oil and parsley marinade on top.

     

    NOTES:

    This same marinade can be used on crab. Crack and clean the crab before placing in the marinade. Barbeque in a grill basket.
