Real dirty martini mix. This is real olive brine that is produced with our lacto-fermented olives. There is no vinegar or other additives - just real olive brine. This will be the best dirty martini mix you've ever tasted. We take out the olives when they are ready for bottling and triple strain the brine for our Real Dirty Martini Mix. Great for either a gin or vodka martini; shaken or sitrred! You'll want to pair this with our lacto-fermented olives for the perfect martini. Keep refrigerated and good for up to a year.
