This special extra virgin olive oil is only available to our direct customers. It is produced in small quantities by hand picking the Mission olives early in the season. The results are a robust unfiltered single cultivar olive oil with a fruity aroma, herbaceous tones, fresh cut grass, tomato leaf, and a peppery finish. This is the "greenest" in flavor of our 3 extra virgin olive oils.
